i need to connect PC lap counter to N-Digital PowerBase 108.

i use USB cable and adpter of USB to PS2 but is still not connect.

i have to do?

i think your cable is not working due to a bad pin connexion , are you sure that your cable is working good ?
if you are cable is working good then it could be also that your powerbase is not a powerbase 108.

Now the PCLC can read the data from power base.

i want if it possible to use only PCLC to start and stop race?

because when i setup new race and start it on PCLC the cars doesn't run.

any idea about.

You can but before i think you should at least start race a on the powerbase (for exemple start a race of 9999 laps).
